Can I return a product after receiving it?
Our aim is to ensure our customers are fully satisfied. For that reason, all our articles enjoy a 30 day return policy. If for any reason, you would like to return the products you acquired, you will have up to 30 days since the moment you receive the order to return them.
How can I return a product?
Who covers the shipment expenses in case of return?
If you wish to return a product, you will need to send it back to the address you will be given through eShopWorld Returns..
- If the reason for the return is a mistake by BUFF® (error on the model, color or similar). BUFF® will refund you the whole price of the order plus the shipment expenses.
- If the reason for the return is an error on the manufacturing of the product, BUFF® will refund you the whole price of the order plus the shipment expenses. As an alternative, you can ask for a new delivery of the desired item. In that case, you will need to send back the original item and BUFF® will send you a new onw. All delivery expenses will be coverede by BUFF®.
- If the reason for the return is not responsibility of BUFF®, the delivery expenses will be covered by the client.
Which products can be returned?
To be able to return a product, the following conditions must be followed:
- The product must not have been used.
- Product must be returned under the same conditions as it was received. If you don’t have the original packing, please use one of similar size and capacity.
- The product must be delivered to our offices within a period of 30 days from the date the order has been received by you.
When will I receive the money if I return a product?
After the returned items are received at BUFF® headquarters, the payment might take up to 10 days to reach the client (counting from the reception date).
What happens if the order can’t be delivered?
If the order can't reach the specified address and it is returned to BUFF® by the courier, a second shipment can be requested by the client. The shipment expenses for the new shipment will be paid by the client. You can find more information on shipment expenses here.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us. Only orders which haven’t been shipped from our headquarters can be cancelled. Once the products have left our premises, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

Is there a guarantee for the products bought at BUFF®?
We believe in high quality products. Based on that, all BUFF® products are covered by the legal guarantee as specified in the Spanish legislation. Defects or imperfections due to incorrect use or handling of the material or the wear and tear caused by normal use of said item are not covered by this guarantee.
Additional information on returns:
- Unless cases specified above, shipping expenses on returns will be paid by the customer.
- Only returns and exchanges of products purchased from our online store will be processed.
- In the event of manufacturing or quality defects attributable to BUFF®, the full amount of the invoice will be refunded within 10 working days after the reception of the product. Also shipping expenses will be paid by BUFF®.
- Once the return has been approved and executed by BUFF®, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Refunds will be only paid for articles following the returns policy by BUFF®.
